SHARE Functionality


Sometimes a learner may work for more than one organization. In order for multiple organizations to see the electronic transcript for those shared staff\/learners, Relias has created a way for learners to have a “Master Account”. This Master Account will allow learners the capability to share their training information with multiple organizations. The great advantage to this feature is the capability to share training records with multiple organizations over the course of a career. This shared account is explained beginning on page 10 of this document.

There is a letter that should be given to all staff at your organization explaining that the Master Account needs to be created by the learner so their electronic transcript can be shared with all organizations that need access. The letter goes through the steps for creating a Master Account and linking it to a personal e-mail account. There are links to several free email services on the Relias homepage for the convenience of the learners. A copy of the letter is included in the Appendix of this document.
